Good communication and clear expectations are needed between both client and Designer/Contractor throughout the project. Especially regarding renovations to existing structures.

In construction, we can only do as good a job as the foundations and existing parts we’re working with. If walls, floors and ceilings settle and aren’t plumb, installing cabinets is not going to make them plumb. We will do our best to work our magic to make them look plumb with techniques from our skilled craftsman.
