We offer assistance for the DIYer and can assist with simple installs if you’ve already purchased your materials. Whatever your project and whatever stage you’re in, we can be that perfect company you’re looking for. See below for our pricing options.
Design and Remodel
Priced Per Project
This option is the most popular option, with the least amount of stress to the client and holds the most value.
Our design and remodel service is FULL service from start to finish. We work closely with our clients to come up with a perfect design for esthetics, budget, and functionality. Once all areas are agreed upon contacts are drawn and clients are reserved the next spot in our installation schedule. We will handle sourcing all materials. This eliminates stress for the client. Once the project is underway we manage all aspects of the construction as noted in the contract.
These projects are priced per project. The scope of work on each project will differ significantly with many variables making up the cost.
INITIAL CONSULTATION - $125.00
This consultation is a 1 hour consultation in the clients home. We are very detailed here. We will ask lots of questions to not only to get to know the client’s project, but also to get to know them personally! Measurements will also be taken so we can come up with a design and preliminary budget. Many details, such as cabinet design, placement and pricing, calculating square footages, faucet spreads, etc. are factored into getting you an accurate budget. We do NOT give a “quick” estimate but rather a fully detailed quote.
DESIGN and BUDGET REVIEW -
This is a quick consultation to review the design and present a preliminary budget. At this time, if the client is comfortable with the budget and design a Design Fee is taken. This is a ONE-TIME NON-REFUNDABLE fee allowing us to dive deeper into the details of the project and make all final selections and adjustments. This fee is roughly between 2%-5% of the total budget. **In some cases where extensive revisions are made additional charges need to be made
For the “DIYer”
Priced Per Project
This option is for the client who is wishing to tackle their own DIY remodel but need some (or a lot!) of guidance.
We will work with clients on coming up with their perfect design AND source all materials. That last part is important because allowing us to source materials means clients know they will be getting quality materials.
Client’s will be given approximate dates for the arrival of their materials and arrangements are made for pick up. All necessary design materials that will assist in the installation will be given. These items included, but are limited to: computer rendered drawings, project layouts and floorpans, material specifications, etc. We are also only a phone call away for quick guidance during the DIY.

If additional, more in depth assistance is needed during the installation and/or a Creative Kitchen and Bath representative is needed on site an hourly rate of $125 will be billed.
Design Only
$750.00+
This option is for the client who may not be ready to commit to construction yet and are just wanting to put some designs together and/or gathering budget details. This can also be used for the clients who already have a preferred installer but need assistance with the design.

DESIGN REVIEW -
This is a quick consultation to review the design(s). All necessary drawings
will be given at this time.
If revisions are needed and/or client’s need a list of materials and products, an hourly fee of $125 will be billed
This option starts at $750.00 and will depend on the scope of work and detail needed. This will be discussed during a quick phone consultation and the fee will be due at the initial consultation.
Remodel QUICK Estimate

Are you looking to get a base line estimate for what your project may cost? We’re happy to come out and speak with you about your project. This is a quick 20 minute consultation in your home. We’ll give you a very quick verbal ESTIMATE. This estimate will be based off other projects completed recently that are similar in design and material scope.
In order to give you a much more accurate and detailed QUOTE we’ll need to take measurements and draw up a preliminary design. We call this your FULL INITIAL CONSULTATION and comes at a rate of $125.
Pick a Designer’s Brain
$175.00
This is a quick 1 hour consultation in the client’s home. This is for the person who needs some quick design advice, guidance, or inspiration. All sorts of design questions can be asked pertaining to design, color, furniture placement, etc. You will get clear and honest answers.
Color Consultation
$225.00
This is a quick 1 hour consultation in the client’s home. This is for the person who needs some quick design advice, guidance, or inspiration. All sorts of design questions can be asked pertaining to design, color, furniture placement, etc. You will get clear and honest answers. This is for the client needing guidance on paint colors choices. This can for a single room or for a full house color scheme. We base pricing on an average 4-5 rooms. For more than 5 rooms, $50 per room additional will be billed.
We work with Sherwin Williams. A color fan deck will be brought to the client’s home, but we will email with-in 48 business hours with 2 color schemes and details.
Installation Only
Priced Per Project
This is for the customer who already has all their materials but needs professional installation.
This is priced per job, as scope of work will differ significantly from project to project.
